What are your shipping rates? Plus

Fast + Free Shipping for All Orders over $150
US orders: $10 flat rate under $150
International orders: $15 flat rate under $150

When will you ship my order? Plus

We ship all orders in 1-2 business days with DHL, USPS, or FedEx. Expected delivery in the USA is 2-5 business days, 6-14 business days to Australia & EU.

How can I cancel my order? Plus

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email example@example.com

How can I return my order? Plus

Returns are accepted on ALL products. Yes, even Sale items. However, all returns/exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return. Please email example@example.com for return instructions and get a unique RMA number for mailing.

When will I get my refund? Plus

Your return request will be processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your item(s). If you are expecting a return payment, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Do I pay tax for international orders? Plus

The Handloom cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties. In the event that you decide to refuse any shipments from The Handloom, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Handloom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

Please contact example@example.com for your return authorization number. Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to The Handloom, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our office.
